I recognize the unique challenges faced by pregnant and postpartum climbers and have created programs to meet your individual needs safely and effectively.
This 12 week program includes:
Two 45min virtual call at Week 1 and Week 6
Initial call includes thorough discussion on:
Health & Activity History – your background, past injuries, or anything that might impact your training
Current Activity – what movement looks like for you right now, from activity participation to everyday routines.
Your Goals – what you’d love to get out of coaching—both short and long term.
Second Call includes thorough discussion on:
Progress check-in
Goal review/reassessment
Troubleshoot program as needed
12 weeks of strength and activity programming specific to your goals and lifestyle
Weekly check in’s via online app (text and video)
Education on training principles
One-time payment of $675 for the 12 week program.
