6 weeks of strength and activity programming
Weekly check in’s via online app (text and video)

Program Highlights:
Tailored Training Plan: Start with a detailed evaluation of your current fitness level, climbing experience, and personal goals. Based on your evaluation, you will receive a personalized training plan focused on your strengths and areas for improvement.
Strength/Conditioning and Mobility: Improve overall strength, power, endurance and mobility. Address muscle imbalances, prevent injuries, and provide a solid physical foundation to support climbing.
Progress Tracking and Adjustments: Regularly monitor your progress to make adjustments to your training plan as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Receive ongoing feedback and support to stay motivated and on track.
Expert Coaching: Benefit from the guidance and support of an experienced coach whose expertise and personalized attention will help you accelerate your climbing development.
One-time payment of $250 for the 6 week program.
