It includes the muscle groups used, possible set:rep schemes, and joint positions of the most commonly used lifts I use to improve strength and capacity. It has some suggestions on how to use these movements for power development also but the second edition of this text will include more advanced training methods. This ebook has video links which demonstrates the exercises so you can get really familiar with how to perform these lifts safely and effectively. Note: if you’ve taken a PCC course much of this text information is in your course manual.
